Please note that Camp David opens on May 1st and shuts down on Nov. 15.

There are up to 4 cottages for rent:

Maplecrest cottage features 7 bedrooms, including 2 with bunkbeds, sleeping up to 11 guests.

Viewpoint has 3 bedrooms, including one with bunkbed, sleeping 6 guests.

Lakefront also has 3 bedrooms, including on with bunkbed, sleeping 6 guests.

Hilltop can be available for larger groups, sleeping an additional 9 guests.

There is a 3-night minimum during peak seasons (mid-June to mid-September) and a 2-night minimum off-season.

We prefer groups using all 3 or 4 cottages, for the full week-long stay. The premises are best used for family reunions, multi-generation vacations, birthday parties and graduations. Guests will have private use of party room that accommodates up to 40 individuals.

Those guests renting individual cottages will be sharing the 90-foot lakefront and party room.

The flat-fee cost for a peak-season 3-night stay at either Viewpoint or Lakefront cottages is $1,500 flat fee (no additional costs). The Maplecrest cottage for 3 nights is $2,300). The three cottages together would be $6,000 for the three days. Week-long stays qualify for a 15 percent discount of pro-rata fees.
